In 2009 the Craig Black Group acquired the business named Mighty River and relocated it from Fitzroy Street to a site at 1 Spring Street, renaming the business Clarence Valley Auto.

Over the past two years the Group has continued to develop the site at Spring Street, and further increase the range of new Hyundai vehicles in stock.

In 2010 The Craig Black Group launched Black Hyundai, to further emphasis their commitment to the Hyundai brand, and identify it as a key franchise in the Craig Black Group.
